Stunned halal slaughter at 0.5 to 1 amp
The inadequate electrical current causes muscular convulsion — the body contracts violently, while the animal may not be genuinely unconscious. So you have the physical trauma of the electrical shock causing capillary rupture through muscle contraction, combined with the animal's conscious fear response driving blood pressure up, combined with the restraint stress beforehand.
The weak Halal stun doesn't prevent the adrenaline response — it just prevents the animal from showing it. The blood-splash risk is at its highest in this scenario.
